Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to the Delete Account page. It is permanent.
Q: My inbox is full. Can I request a larger inbox?
A: You can buy an upgrade. Or send a polite email to the admin explaining why you need it.
Q: I forgot my password! What do I do?
Nothing. There is no way to get me to reset your password unless I know you personally. In the future, please contact me prior to setup a security phrase.
Q: I know my password, but it sucks. How do I change it?
A: You can change it via the User Dashboard.
Q: Are my emails encrypted?
A: We support TLS for transmission. On disk, they are stored on an encrypted partition (LUKS), but the files themselves are accessible to the server admin (root). Use PGP if you want true privacy.
Q: When is maintenance performed?
A: We perform routine maintenance on Mondays between 08:00 PM and 09:00 PM PT. Services may be briefly unavailable during this window.
Q: What are "Identities"?
A: Identities are aliases that forward to your main inbox. You can send and receive mail using these identities seamlessly.
Q: Do you have Hidden Service Mirrors?

Yes, we provide both Tor and I2P Hidden Service Mirrors for enhanced privacy:

Q: Can I add my own (very cool) domain to navi.land?
A: Yes. You can either donate it or pay us for dedicated hosting.
Q: I have money! I want to give you money! How can I give you money?
A: We accept donations via Crypto or you can pay for premium upgrades. See the Upgrade page.
Q: Will you just randomly disappear without notice?
A: If I ever plan to shutdown this service, I will publish everything on the website beforehand. No "little to no notice" here, I'm personally using it as my email. I will make sure users know months, if not a year (still thinking about if that's feasible), before.
